Job Summary

Job Description: Role Overview
Kimberly-Clark is seeking a UAT Test Lead to manage and execute User Acceptance Testing for a key project impacting our global operations. This short-term contract role requires strong experience in UAT planning and execution the ability to bridge IT and business processes and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have SAP and Supply Chain knowledge with experience in large-scale global environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end UAT process including planning coordination and execution.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements.
Translate technical processes into business-friendly language and vice versa.
Develop and validate test scenarios scripts and acceptance criteria.
Manage defect tracking triage and resolution ensuring timely retesting.
Provide clear reporting on UAT progress risks and issues to project leadership.
Ensure compliance with Kimberly-Clark s testing standards and documentation requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a UAT Test Lead or similar role in large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of User Acceptance Testing methodologies and best practices.
Ability to translate between IT processes and business processes effectively.
Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. JIRA HP ALM or similar).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Highly Desirable
SAP experience particularly in modules related to Supply Chain.
Knowledge of Supply Chain processes (planning procurement manufacturing distribution).
Experience in consumer goods or manufacturing environments.
Understanding of Kimberly-Clark s global operations and regional compliance requirements.
