Job Description

Planning and processing orders Sales and service

Checking order entries and initiating and tracking corrections/adjustments

Communicating with relevant sales staff colleagues and customers worldwide

Tracking deadlines until delivery

Collaborating with the relevant internal departments (warehouse production planning) as well as global colleagues and customers

Shipping processing including customs clearance for exports

Scheduling orders and tracking deadlines until delivery

Checking order entries and initiating and tracking corrections/adjustments

Communicating with involved salespeople colleagues and customers worldwide

Tracking of delivery dates until delivery

Collaboration with the relevant internal interface departments (warehouse production service planning) as well as global group colleagues and customers

Shipping processing including customs clearance for exports

Qualification

Successfully completed commercial training (preferably as an industrial clerk)
Ideally several years of experience in a production company especially in export processing import knowledge and shipping
In-depth knowledge of shipping and customs clearance
Proactive cooperation with all relevant interface departments
Experienced working with an MRP system and the MS Office package (Excel Access)
Confident communication in German and English (spoken and written)
Strong communication skills in collaboration with many internal and external contacts
Customer-oriented behavior
Interest in dealing with complex issues
