Job Summary

Provides a variety of duties to support the departmental needs. Depending on the intern assignment tasks can vary from laboratory and research assistance. Does this position require Patient Care No
Essential Functions:
- Assists with in-person data collection.
-Assists with research experiences.
-Prepares for study visits including organizing paperwork setting up equipment and preparing study materials.
-Assists with subject scheduling.
-Assists with other research-related office tasks as needed.
-Processes collected data.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Prior experience in an office and/or research/laboratory setting 0-1 year preferred

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- MS Office proficiency as well as the ability to learn how to use new software as needed.
- Effective interpersonal and communications skills with research staff children and subject families.
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
- An ability to work independently to schedule plan and complete subject visits.
