Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source screen and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles including production quality control and maintenance positions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience within manufacturing or industrial sectors. Must be documented on the resume.
Fluent in English and Canadian French (written and spoken). Non-negotiable and must be documented on the resume.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Workday experience is major plus!
