(Hiring Immediately Child Development Coaching Entry-Level)

My Gym Childrens Fitness Center is looking for energetic positive individuals to join our team as Kids Gym Instructors / Activity Leaders. This role is active fun and meaningful you help children build confidence strength and social skills through structured play and fitness.

Responsibilities

Teach childrens fitness classes preschool programs and parent/child classes
Lead activities songs games and movement routines
Provide excellent customer service to parents and caregivers
Host birthday parties and special events (tips included!)
Ensure a clean safe healthy environment
Support daily operations and work collaboratively with the team

What Were Looking For

High-energy friendly and comfortable engaging with kids
Reliable communicator with strong teamwork skills
Confident performing speaking or leading in front of groups
Ability to work 25 hours per week including weekends
Comfortable with cleaning and maintaining safety standards
Experience in sports dance cheer gymnastics theatre or early childhood education is a big plus
