The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities employs over 1900 staff and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications including power generation transmission and distribution oil chemical and gas industrial manufacturing semiconductor and data centers as well as building and transportation sectors.

How youll make an impact

1. You will complete the format for PM daily work.

2. You will assist PMS in completing the filling and approval of various paper application forms.

3. You will assist sales personnel in completing a series of tasks related to customer reception such as booking traffic car booking hotel booking restaurant booking conference room preparing meeting documents assisting in meetings guiding and accompanying customers and leading customers to visit factories.

4. You will do other miscellaneous work to assist PMs.

5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background

1. You will hold University Degree.

2. Basic Office software application skills.

3. Good communication skills ability to identify and solve problems.

4. Fluent English listening speaking reading and writing skills.
