Schedule: Full-Time (5 8-Hour Shifts/Week)
Pay: $17/hr Tips

Are you passionate about cannabis and love connecting with people Want to be part of a growing industry with a fun knowledgeable and supportive team Were looking for enthusiastic Budtenders to bring the vibe and elevate the customer experience at our Springfield dispensary.
This isnt your average retail job. As a Budtender youll be a trusted cannabis guide helping customers find the perfect products while creating a welcoming educational and friendly atmosphere.
What Youll Be Doing:
Greet customers with good vibes and expert recommendations
Stay sharp on product knowledge and cannabis trends
Handle transactions like a pro with accuracy and care
Keep things clean organized and running smooth at your station
Help with restocking inventory and daily operations
Work closely with an awesome team of cannabis professionals
Ensure everything we do stays compliant with all laws and SOPs
What Were Looking For:
Must-Haves:
Age 21
Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people
Attention to detail and solid math skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Clear criminal background (LiveScan required)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice-to-Haves:
Previous budtending or cannabis retail experience
Knowledge of cannabis products (strains concentrates edibles etc.)
Calm under pressure and able to multitask like a champ
