The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is seeking aHabitat and Access Specialist for a nine-month position based in Lovell Wyoming. This role involves a variety of land management tasks aimed at the development and maintenance of Wildlife Habitat Management Areas (WHMAs) and Public Access Areas (PAAs). Responsibilities include improving wildlife habitats overseeing land use managing public access and monitoring environmental conditions. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to wildlife conservation and sustainable land management while working in a dynamic outdoor environment.
PREFERENCES/**AGENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Preference may be given to those with a farm or ranch background or experience related to range management fish and wildlife resource management habitat development or college coursework towards a degree in range fish or wildlife management.
