BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for LPNs to join our Delaware County Skilled Nursing team to work with our client in Ridley Park that is trach dependent. No trach experience No problem! We offer paid for Trach and Trach/vent training.

- Offers traditional shift types (8s 10s or 12)
- Hands-on care with one client
- Building client relationships and watching their milestones
- Client age ranges from infant to geriatric
What your day looks like with BAYADA:
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with execute and properly document doctors orders
- Perform assessmentsand monitor clients conditions
- Document observations interventions and evaluations
Qualifications for a private duty RN/LPN
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
