Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Deliver high-quality culturally sensitive care throughout labor delivery and postpartum phases
Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
Communicate clearly with team members and participate in interdisciplinary care coordination
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional nursing standards
Demonstrate ongoing clinical competence and participate in continued professional development
Adapt to changing patient needs and function effectively within a diverse care environment

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
