Size and functions of local team:

  • 4 AEs currently growing to 12 sellers by end of June 2026

  • SDR team based in Barcelona

  • Lead split: 20% AE-generated / 80% from partners inbound and marketing

  • Raised Series B $60M (Summer 2025)

  • $10M ARR with only 4 sellers high growth potential

Role description (which vertical buyer persona deal sizes deal cycles Ent/MM/SMB leads etc):

  • Selling primarily to software companies; also tech buyers in biotech construction vertical agnostic

  • Partner network VC introductions contribute to pipeline

  • Deal sizes: $35K (average); upper mid-market $50K$75K

  • Sales cycles: 36 months

  • Quota: $1M

  • OTE: $250K (4x quota coverage)

  • Quota attainment: All current AEs above 100% average 34 deals/month

  • Founded and operated by former finance professionals (not technologists)

  • Leadership includes ex-CFOs strong domain expertise

Must haves:

  • 4 years Mid-Market SaaS experience (deal sizes $35K$50K)

  • Started in sales as BDR/SDR in 2018 or earlier

  • Experience in pre-IPO / early-stage companies

  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (ideally MEDDIC)

  • Strong track record & tenure (no job hoppers)

Nice to haves:

  • Experience selling to CFO / finance or accounting personas

  • Background in financial products

Salary range & secondary benefits:

  • $250K OTE (50/50 split) $125K base

  • $4.1K 401K match
