Position: Caregiver -399R
Starting Wage: $24.00/Hour
Schedule: Sundays 9am-1pm
Location: Lebanon Or.
Experience: Highly Experienced

Client Bio: Hello! Im a fun loving and energetic person who enjoys staying active and engaged. I like to keep busy with activities that make me happy like listening to music singing sensory activities swinging spinning splashing in the water and watching my favorite videos. I do best when I have a steady routine and a caregiver who understands how I communicate and what helps me feel safe. I need someone who can match my energy provide physical support when needed and stay calm patient and consistent especially in situations that can get challenging. A caregiver who gets me follows my schedule and helps keep me safeboth in the car and out in the communityis the best fit for me.
Sometimes I need extra support with personal care and reminders to stay on track but when I feel supported I can thrive and fully engage in activities. I do best with a caregiver who has experience supporting individuals with higher needs and physical challenges and who can help me stay engaged safe and included in everything I do.

Who Were Looking For
- 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
- CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
- Own a smartphone
- Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
- Drivers license and insurance for some roles
- Must own a car to travel for this client to meet them at different locations for the shift
What Youll Do

- Supporting Daily Living - From helping with meals bathing or getting ready for the day youll provide care that helps members feel confident and comfortable.
- Encouraging Independence - Join members on walks shopping trips or community outings helping them connect with the world around them.
- Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking managing money and understanding social cues - empowering members to grow and thrive.
- Keeping Things on Track - Follow care plans offer medication reminders and document progress so our team can celebrate every milestone together.
