Were looking for enthusiastic friendly and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors. As ambassadors for one of our incredible Solar clients youll be meeting with potential customers in a retail environment and introducing them to solar as a potential energy solution.Your primary objective is not to sell but to educate customers and generate interest in this growing green energy solution. Youll be responsible for generating leads for our client and scheduling consultation appointments to take place at the customers home at a future date. Our partner is a high-traffic home improvement retailer with locations across Orlando and this is the perfect environment to meet and engage with customers about their home energy needs! If youre a self-motivated results-driven individual who thrives on teamwork and achieving goals we want you to join our winning team!

Whats Offered:

Competitive base hourly wage ($16/hour) plus uncapped commission and daily bonus incentives
Earn between $60K - $80K per year! Top reps could earn $100K per year in this role!

Meet with your team weekly to share best practices track goals and report on results for your assigned areas.
Be an outgoing people-personhelping and being around people naturally energizes you.
Prior experience in Sales Customer Service or Marketing is highly valued and can accelerate your success in this role but were equally excited about passionate individuals ready to launch their career in customer engagement.

Requirements:

Reliable access to a personal vehicle and valid drivers license (You will travel to different stores within the Orlando area throughout the week).
Must have flexible availability schedules will include day-time hours during the week and on weekends.

Compensation:

Wage Uncapped Commission Daily Bonus
