JOB MISSION

The mission oftheSr. Clinical Supervisor-Flex Podat ACES is to elevate the standards in the treatment of Autism by overseeing and executing Applied Behavioral Analysis to create the best possible outcomes for ACES Flex Pod Supervisors will servelocal teams by supporting cases needing intermittent support due to local coverageneed.

JOB SUMMARY

Sr. Clinical Supervisor(Sr. SV)is primarily responsible for designingmodifyingimplementingand supervising Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) programs designed to decrease maladaptive behaviors and increase social communication and adaptive skills in clients withAutism Spectrum Disorders(ASD) and/or other special this position supports Behavior Therapists in skill development career development and adherence to ACES policies and Flex Pod supervisor can provide remote or traveling support to cases in position reports to theFlex PodClinical Director.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working withClinicalManager(s)Program Manager(s)and/orClinicalDirector(s) theSr. Clinical Supervisorsessential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Regularly supervising and directing work of BehaviorTechnicianson assigned cases;

• Supporting and motivating BehaviorTechnicians;

• Providingverbal and written feedback to BehaviorTechnicians;

• Giving suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring or termination and advancement/promotion ofBehavior Techniciansand other employees ( office staff);

• Providing case management ( contract hours collaborating with schedulers completing client documentation and staff documentation etc.);

• Conducting intakes under direction ofClinicalDirector(s);

• Conducting initial and on-going assessments;

• Writing assessment reports;

• Developing goals based on assessment data;

• Developing parent/caregiver goals and providing parent/caregiver training;

• Developing behavior plans;

• Designing ABA programs;

• Analyzing data and making programmatic changes to the ABA programs;

• Supervising and developing generalization programs;

• Writing/editing progress reports;

• Collaborating with other team members involved with clients program ( coordinator Occupational Therapist Speech Therapist etc.);

• Participating in team meetings;

• Problem solving challenging situations with clients and staff withProgram Manager(s)Clinical Managersand/orClinicalDirector(s) support;

• Training BehaviorTechniciansto implement ABA programs;

• TrainingBehaviorTechniciansto implement behavior plans;

• Training and supervising RegisteredBehaviorTechnicians for compliancepurposedwith the Board.

• SupportingAssociate ClinicalSupervisors and Clinical Supervisorswith assessments program development behavior plans and meetings;

• Assistingwith oversight ofBCaBAs;

• ProvidingBCaBAand BCBA supervision;

• Consulting with the Human Resources Department as needed; and

• Working independently in a team-oriented environment.

• Supporting and training the advancement of the class of Behavior Technicians

• Maintain a billable standard of 6 hours per day and support cases as needed through parent training supervision and/or report writing

Please Note:Direct work with clients may include without limitation the following physical demands: sitting kneeling squatting runningtwistingand turning reaching above shoulders and/or frequent physical transitions.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Competitive Package: Base Compensation ranging from $85000 to $95000 annually plus up to $19000 in annual incentives based on performance.

WhatWereLooking For:

• Ability to work independently with only generalsupervision

• 3 years experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs

• 3 yearsas a BCBA overseeing client programming and behavior interventionists

• Consistent adherence to billable standard for a minimum of 6 months

• Experience delivering ABA services via telehealthrequired

• MinimumMasters Degree in psychology education social work orotherrelated field; and BCBA certification or clinical license

• Valid drivers license and/or reliable transportation

• Background check tuberculosis testLivescanfingerprint and any other funding source required clearance

• Experience working with children;

• Comfortable working inremote environments

• Strong desireto support and develop skills and abilities of staff

• Highly organized

• Professional positive attitude and appearance

• Excellent communication skills

• Willingness to travel as needed is preferred
