We are looking forward to welcoming you to our team in Salò as:
Bar manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards at the bar
- Smooth service flow in the bar
- Planning and implementation of various specials together with the F&B Manager
- Coordination with F&B restaurant and kitchen in day-to-day operations
- Guest service in the bar
- Creation of bar menus and their calculation together with the F&B Manager
- Compliance with and review of the current bar budget and personnel costs for the department
- Management and ongoing training of the bar team
- Creation of shift and vacation schedules for bar staff
- Optimisation of sales in the bar area through additional sales
Your profile:
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable position
- Completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry
- Extensive international knowledge of cocktails wines and spirits
- Additional training in the bar area is an advantage
- Experience in managing and motivating staff
- High sales orientation
- Excellent communication skills and a confident and winning manner
- Team player
- Very good German and Italian language skills English language skills are an advantage

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
