What Youll Do
- Deliver responsive effective first-line technical support across the organisation.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and maintain high levels of user satisfaction.
- Support the smooth operation of Microsoft 365 technologies core IT systems and hardware.
- Establish system documentationto provide support for the organisation.
- Undertake key IT operational processesin a timely and accurate manner.

What Were Looking For

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Education:
- 5 GCSEs (grades A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent) including English Language and Maths
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in a 1st Line IT Support role (or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear and confident communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
Technical Knowledge:
- Experience with Active Directory Windows OS and basic networking principles
Personal Attributes:
- A customer-first mindset with a calm professional approach under pressure
- Willingness to travel regularly to sites across Yorkshire
