In a market where WA projects are competing fiercely for skilled trades this opportunity stands apart. Here your craftsmanship will keep production moving your problem solving will support maintenance and your ideas will help shape new product concepts in the coining market. Some days youll be hands on producing and assembling precision tooling and machinery parts from detailed specifications. Other days youll be driving innovation and developing concepts that carry our legacy forward.

About You:

Youre someone who takes pride in your craft and thrives on being trusted to deliver. You dont just follow instructions - you interpret them refine them and turn them into solutions that others depend on.

Youve built your career in mechanical engineering or a similar trade and youre confident working with tooling machining and assembly. Youve completed an apprenticeship or traineeship in Toolmaking Machining or equivalent and you bring both skill and care to every project.

Youre steady under pressure thorough in your approach and you notice the details that others miss. Safety matters to you but so does improvement - youre the kind of person who looks for smarter clearer ways to get things done.
