What sets the Events Team apart
We are a team with many internal awards but its the positive customer feedback on our events that drives us to excel. The vibrancy that fills our hotel is fascinating and we are responsible for it which makes us proud. Our goal is to see happy faces from the initial contact and tour of the hotel all the way through to billing. We have fun support each other and are always in communication.

What will you do
- You will manage your own clients and projects.
- You love selling our spirit and passion for events.
- You handle contracts and negotiations with clients with ease.
- You enjoy meeting client requests and finding creative solutions.
- You love being around people maintaining contacts and engaging with the cultural diversity of our clients associations and communities.
- You have an eye for detail to impress clients.
- You can take advantage of various training and development programs.
- You are eager to grow and possibly pursue an international career.

What makes you stand out
You are confident can set priorities and present yourself well to clients. Multitasking isnt for everyone but coordinating overlapping projects working across departments and sharing information comes naturally to already bring experience as an Event Manager or a similar position in the hotel industry with you. You are fluent in German and English.

We offer a full-time monthly salary of EUR 2263 gross according to pay group 3 of the collective agreement for the hospitality industry in Vienna. Willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications is possible.
