Job Description:

End User Computing Technical Lead

This role is responsible and accountable for EUC (End-User Computing) for Pitney Bowes employees and contractors alike as it relates to ensuring IT hardware as well as EU instructions are provided to promote end-user satisfaction and day one productivity. Initial focus is on building a EUC Process Procedures and reporting to support equipment and software access for new hires as well asset capture of departing employees ultimately taking ownership of end-to-end lifecycle of Pitney Bowes assets. Responsible for collaborating with Pitney Bowes IT Teams vendors as well as HR Finance to drive continuous improvement of user experience.

Looking for at least 15 years of IT experience and 10 years of leading EUC Technical or manager experience to be onsite at Shelton CT office

People Skill Set:

  • Previous experience leading a global team.
  • Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Operates effectively even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear self-starter.
  • Maneuvers comfortably through complex policy process and people-related organizational dynamics.
  • Easily navigates from strategic to tactical in a world with many moving parts stakeholders and activities
