The Document Scanner is responsible for providing high-quality document handling and office support services to ensure efficient daily operations. This role focuses on scanning and managing documents processing mail and supporting general office functions while maintaining a professional and service-oriented environment for clients and employees.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented dependable and committed to delivering prompt courteous and efficient service.
Scan capture and manage document images with accuracy and attention to detail
Process inbound and outbound mail including sorting distribution and delivery
Handle shipping and receiving of office products and supplies
Organize replenish and order office supplies such as paper toner and general materials
Ensure copy print and scanning machines are operational stocked and functioning properly
Provide backup support to front-of-office operations including reception or concierge duties as needed
Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks to support the onsite business service center
Maintain a professional image and provide excellent service to both clients and internal employees
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documents accurately
Basic experience with scanners printers copiers and office equipment
Customer-focused mindset with professional communication skills
Ability to manage routine operational tasks efficiently
Reliable organized and able to work independently or as part of a team
