Job Summary
HCA Florida Healthcare is seeking an OB/GYN to join an independent physician-owned private practice in Orlando candidates:Active and Unrestricted Florida License (or ability to obtain a Florida License)Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN New Resident graduates welcomeIncentive/Benefits Package:$50000 sign on bonus Highly competitive base salary (adjustable based on previous experience and certification) Increasing longevity and production-based bonusesHealth Insurance 401K with Employer Funding with Profit Sharing Short Term DisabilityPaid Time Off Paid HolidaysPaid Malpractice NICA Florida Licensure DEA and Professional MembershipsQuality of Life / Work-Life Balance:Low volume low risk patient panels; number of OB deliveries are capped each month. Limited Call; 1:5 home-based call with hospitalist back up on each unit 24/7Practice delivers at level 2 NICU hospitals only; high risk pregnancies are referred four clinic days per week with no weekend or late-night clinic. Two thriving office locations in Winter Park and Lake location currently has 4 physicians covering a single hospital.
