SUMMARY: The purpose of the Breast Cutter is to cut chicken breast from the whole bird.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

Make cuts to remove the breast from the breastbone of the chicken.
Must be able to hold the WOG on the cone with one hand while cutting the breast portions in a downward motion with a knife
Identify when a knife needs sharpened.
Employee is also responsible for using proper technique and any other duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Required
- None

Preferred
- Previous food processing experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
