Location:Porto Portugal
Work Model: Hybrid 3 days per week on-site

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex multi-system integration projects across enterprise platforms including CRM e-commerce logistics and finance systems
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects ensuring scope timelines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams external vendors and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Integration Management
- Oversee the design and implementation of integration solutions between enterprise systems and external platforms (e.g. CRM e-commerce logistics finance).
- Ensure integrations comply with security performance and data integrity standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Provide clear and timely communication regarding project progress risks and mitigation plans.
Risk & Quality Control
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed-upon quality and compliance requirements.
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage project budgets effectively and optimize resource allocation.
Change Management
- Drive adoption of new processes and systems through structured change management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field.
- 8 years of IT project management experience including at least 5 years managing integration projects.
- Proven track record managing complex multi-system integrations.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (PMI PRINCE2 Agile).
- Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs middleware ESB).
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project (mandatory).
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
