Building Services Director

Location: Cambridge
Salary: 85000 - 95000 per annum (Dependent upon experience)

Office: Cambridge
Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday

Duties:
Lead and develop the local Building Services design team
Oversee project delivery and ensure technical excellence
Manage client relationships and support business growth
Shape team structure training and ongoing professional development
Promote best practice across internal systems and processes
Monitor fee performance forecasts and financial targets

Requirements:
Strong background in Mechanical and/or Electrical Building Services Engineering
Proven track record in business development and client growth
Commercial awareness with solid financial oversight skills
Degree in a relevant discipline; MSc/CEng (CIBSE or IMechE) ideal
Full UK driving licence
Evidence of ongoing CPD and sector knowledge
