Te gustaría formar parte de un equipo pionero que impulsa la vacunación del adulto en hospitales En GSK buscamos un/a Vaccines Account Specialist (VAS) para gestionar cuentas hospitalarias en tu área estratégica y reportar a la Dirección Regional.

Qué harás

  • Establecer y optimizar los circuitos de vacunación en las cuentas asignadas coordinando los servicios hospitalarios implicados.
  • Definir implementar y ejecutar el plan de acción para los hospitales asignados alcanzando los objetivos y gestionando el presupuesto para maximizar el impacto.
  • Mantener relaciones colaborativas con Medicina Preventiva y especialidades clínicas para mejorar la identificación y derivación de pacientes.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos internos y completar la documentación requerida.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Sólidas habilidades de negociación y capacidad para alinear intereses entre múltiples interlocutores.
  • Experiencia en proyectos multidisciplinares y capacidad para fomentar la colaboración entre stakeholders.
  • Autonomía orientación a resultados y toma de decisiones eficaz.
  • Experiencia previa en entorno hospitalario preferiblemente en visita médica especializada.
  • Se valorará formación universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud Económicas o áreas afines.
  • Residencia en Cataluña o disponibilidad para desplazarte por la zona.
