Te gustaría formar parte de un equipo pionero que impulsa la vacunación del adulto en hospitales En GSK buscamos un/a Vaccines Account Specialist (VAS) para gestionar cuentas hospitalarias en tu área estratégica y reportar a la Dirección Regional.
Qué harás
- Establecer y optimizar los circuitos de vacunación en las cuentas asignadas coordinando los servicios hospitalarios implicados.
- Definir implementar y ejecutar el plan de acción para los hospitales asignados alcanzando los objetivos y gestionando el presupuesto para maximizar el impacto.
- Mantener relaciones colaborativas con Medicina Preventiva y especialidades clínicas para mejorar la identificación y derivación de pacientes.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos internos y completar la documentación requerida.
Perfil que buscamos
- Sólidas habilidades de negociación y capacidad para alinear intereses entre múltiples interlocutores.
- Experiencia en proyectos multidisciplinares y capacidad para fomentar la colaboración entre stakeholders.
- Autonomía orientación a resultados y toma de decisiones eficaz.
- Experiencia previa en entorno hospitalario preferiblemente en visita médica especializada.
- Se valorará formación universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud Económicas o áreas afines.
- Residencia en Cataluña o disponibilidad para desplazarte por la zona.
