Job Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues
- Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Keys to Success
Achieve flawless execution by strictly adhering to safety and quality protocols and successfully implementing continuous improvement strategies.
Education
- High school diploma or GED is required
Experience
- Basic knowledge of machinery preferred
- Experience with production equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with quality testing
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Basic math skills including use of formulas decimals and fractions
- Knowledge of simple measuring devices
- Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This role entails standing for long periods operating machinery and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $16.78$25.16.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
