Role Summary
As a Sr Manager of Client Service Operations you will lead service delivery and operational excellence for a major retail client. This role ensures timely high-quality deliverables leverages technology to streamline processes and strengthens client relationships through data-driven insights and proactive support.
Job Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop account plans and stakeholder maps to deepen partnerships.
- Provide training and support for Circana platforms and services.
- Maintain proficiency in Circana platforms (Unify Liquid Data OmniMarket).
- Develop and enhance custom client databases and models.
- Leverage technology and AI to automate and streamline operations.
- Manage projects across cross-functional teams.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues with clear communication.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client reports.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in operations Technology CPG Retail Market Research or related field.
- 5 years of experience in client service operations or retail analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data platforms and technology solutions preferred.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $76k-$110k.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
