As a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) at New Story Schools you will play a critical part in helping students build skills that lead to independence confidence and meaningful progress. As a BCaBA you will partner with educators clinicians and families to support individualized behavior plans and strengthen learning environments across in-person virtual and hybrid settings.
What Youll Need
Bachelors degree and active BCaBA certification
At least two (2) years of experience supporting children with behavioral needs using ABA principles
Working knowledge of special education regulations and IEP processes
Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
Ability to build trust with students families and multidisciplinary teams
What Youll Do
Maintain a student caseload and support behavior plan development aligned to IEP goals
Coach and support staff in behavior modification strategies using ABA principles
Prepare documentation and track timelines for IEPs behavior plans and reevaluations
Collaborate with behavior analysts and school leaders to strengthen schoolwide practices
Partner with families to encourage involvement and consistency across environments
