Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Acute Care Physical Therapist for a 13-week hospital assignment. This is a fully inpatient role with no outpatient responsibilities. All staff rotate weekends and there is schedule flexibility including the option to work TuesdaySaturday if desired. Time-off requests may be honored as long as they fall within contract terms.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
Acute care experience required
First-time travelers accepted if they have acute care experience
No previous perm/staff experience at this facility
Licensure & Certifications
Active Rhode Island PT License required

Caseload is 100% acute care covering a wide range of inpatient units:
Orthopedics

Emergency Department
Medical/Surgical
Post-op orthopedic & spine cases
A full-time lead PT is onsite for training support and clinical guidance.
