Job Description
Position Summary:
The Lab Automation Contract Renewal Representative will manage EMEA contract renewals operations.
The ideal candidate will act as a key link between Sales Field Service and Global Operations teams to ensure revenue visibility timely renewals and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Field Service and Sales teams to maintain an up-to-date understanding of the business pipeline and renewal cycles.
- Oversee contract renewal operations for EMEA ensuring accurate and timely processing of quotes bookings and invoices.
- Collaborate with global Lab Automation contract renewals team and Global Business Operations team to ensure alignment of forecast data with actual results.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in sales operations service contract management or revenue forecasting ideally within a scientific or innovation-focused environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel Salesforce and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages (especially Spanish) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced matrixed organization with competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in laboratory automation digital science or related industries.
- Proven success in leading operational teams or managing complex renewal processes.
- Familiarity with Thermo Fisher Scientifics product and service portfolio is a plus.
