What youll do
Own the design of core user journeys across the product from initial flows to polished UI
Collaborate with engineering and product to implement new features and refine existing ones
Bring clarity to complex user experiences as our product evolves and scales
Create and maintain a clean modern visual language inspired by tools like Notion and powered by elements like Tailwind
Work closely with our Head of Design to articulate and evolve Mercors design philosophy & culture
Help tutorialize the product experience ensuring that users know what to do without needing to be told
Qualifications
Strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual polish and UX depth
Passion for building products that are intuitive beautiful and a joy to use
48 years in product design ideally at fast-moving startups or high-bar product teams
Experience working closely with engineers and understanding implementation constraints
Proven ability to operate autonomously
Bonus: Experience building AI-driven products or marketplaces
