Job Summary
In qualità di manutentore meccanico la risorsa si occuperà della manutenzione straordinaria dei macchinari e degli impianti produttivi sulla base delle indicazioni del suo aggiunta alla manutenzione straordinaria delle macchine e degli impianti che viene gestita sulla base delle emergenze di reparto il manutentore dovrà anche occuparsi della manutenzione predittiva tenendo conto del ciclo di utilizzo del singolo macchinario per ridurre i tempi di inattività non previsti ed i tempi di fermo macchina. La Risorsa viene inserita allinterno dellufficio manutenzione e si occupa inoltre della manutenzione correttiva ovvero a seguito di guasti aggiunta alla gestione dei guasti o della manutenzione predittiva si occupa inoltre di redigere la documentazione necessaria alla corretta gestione del patrimonio produttivo e della messa in sicurezza dei macchinari seguendo la procedura Lock-Out e Tag-Out e registrando gli interventi i report periodici e le riparazioni svolte nel quotidiano.
Il manutentore ha una forte propensione al problem solving proponendo al responsabile strategie anche alternative di risoluzione guasto sempre però dando priorità allaspetto safety delle operazioni con una corretta applicazione delle procedure in materia di salute e sicurezza
