About the role:


We are currently seeking a motivated Home Care Worker to join our team in the City of Wyndham Vale on a Casual basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care to our aged care clients within an in-home care setting. We are looking for dependable candidates who can work flexible hours preferably Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide In-Home Support tasks for Baptcare consumers that will include but are not limited to; General housekeeping Cleaning of bathroom area and Shopping without consumers present
  • Deliver appropriate In-Home Support according to the individual and personalised plan.
  • Communicate any client concerns or feedback to the care team to ensure quality service.
  • Maintain client privacy and dignity and encourage the same among team members and contractors
  • Maintain competency by completing all mandatory and continuing in-service education sessions both online and face to face.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Current valid Level II First Aid Certificate.
  • Previous experience as a Home Care Worker is advantageous.
  • Current Australian Drivers license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
