Job Title: Travel Sonographer / Ultrasound Technician
Location: Little Falls NY 13365
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days 58 hrs
Travel Pay Range: $68$75/hr
Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Travel Sonographer/Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations including abdominal OB/GYN vascular and small parts. The ideal candidate delivers accurate imaging ensures patient safety and supports efficient radiology operations in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
Verify patient identity and ensure proper preparation comfort and safety.
Operate and optimize ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images.
Accurately document exams and upload to EMR/PACS systems.
Maintain infection control safety and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff.
Maintain exam room readiness and promptly report equipment issues.
Requirements:
Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
ARDMS or ARRT(S) certification.
Current BLS certification.
Preferred: Multi-modality experience and prior hospital/clinic experience.
