Job Title: Quality Control Technician Sterile Processing
Location: Long Beach CA
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: MonFri 8 hrs/day 40 hrs/week
Pay: $29/hr

Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to ensure the highest standards of instrument cleanliness assembly accuracy and quality assurance in Sterile Processing. This role combines hands-on technical work with inspection documentation and adherence to regulatory and internal standards to support patient safety.

Responsibilities:

Decontaminate clean assemble and package surgical instruments and trays per standards and SOPs.
Operate washers sterilizers autoclaves and related equipment safely.
Inspect instruments for cleanliness function and damage; document discrepancies.
Maintain sterilization records inventory and organized workstations.
Follow infection control procedures and quality standards at all times.
Assist with workflow improvements and participate in ongoing training.

Requirements:

2 years of sterile processing experience.
Knowledge of decontamination assembly sterilization and infection control protocols.
Experience with washers autoclaves and surgical instruments.
Strong attention to detail manual dexterity and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Basic computer skills; strong communication skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Sterile Processing Certification (CRCST CIS).

Preferred:

Previous quality control experience in sterile processing.
