Job Title: Quality Control Technician Sterile Processing
Location: Modesto CA
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 5 days/week 8 hours/day 40 hours/week
Pay: $27/hr
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to ensure high standards of cleanliness assembly and sterilization of surgical instruments. The role emphasizes quality assurance inspection and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Responsibilities:
Decontaminate inspect assemble and package surgical instruments and trays.
Operate washers sterilizers and related equipment safely.
Document and track instrument condition and sterilization cycles.
Maintain inventory and clean organized workstations.
Follow ANSI/AAMI standards manufacturer IFUs SOPs and infection control protocols.
Participate in process improvements and training as required.
Requirements:
2 years of sterile processing experience.
Knowledge of decontamination assembly sterilization procedures and surgical instruments.
Ability to operate washer disinfectors autoclaves and related equipment.
Strong attention to detail manual dexterity and quality focus.
Basic computer skills and strong communication.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
