Schedule: 08:00 AM 04:30 PM
Pay: $25 $38/hr

Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a professional and patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will support Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care implementing treatment plans and helping patients improve mobility strength and overall function.

Responsibilities

  • Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist

  • Assist patients with mobility training strengthening balance and endurance activities

  • Accurately document patient treatments progress notes and functional outcomes

  • Collaborate effectively with Physical Therapists nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams

  • Maintain a clean safe and supportive treatment environment

  • Provide weekend support as required (7-day schedule rotation)

Qualifications

  • Active state Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license

  • Strong communication and patient-care skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
