You will lead warehouse and logistics operations in Singapore to ensure safe compliant and efficient supply chain execution. You will work with cross-functional teams across supply quality and commercial to meet delivery targets and improve processes. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound receiving storage inventory control picking packing and dispatch.
Manage local logistics providers and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
Ensure regulatory and quality compliance for storage handling and transportation practices.
Drive continuous improvement projects to improve service levels reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
Lead coach and develop a diverse warehouse team to meet performance and safety standards.
Monitor KPIs prepare operational reports and communicate performance to stakeholders.
Work arrangement: This position is onsite at our Singapore facility.
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
Bachelors degree in supply chain logistics engineering business or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience in a regulated environment.
Experience managing teams and third-party logistics providers.
Strong knowledge of inventory control shipping practices and warehouse systems.
Proven track record in meeting delivery targets and improving operational performance.
Good communication skills in English and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:
Experience in pharmaceutical healthcare or life sciences supply chains.
Familiarity with cold chain management and temperature-controlled logistics.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP integration.
Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certification.
Knowledge of local regulations related to storage and transportation of healthcare products.
Working knowledge of additional languages relevant to the region.
