Responsibilities:

Experienced Software Engineers (SWEs) Opportunity: We are seeking highly skilled motivated and experienced Software Engineers with a passion for performance optimization and specialized system development to join our PwC Google Data and Analytics this pivotal role you will play a crucial part in designing developing and deploying scalable high-performance Data and AI solutions that will power our products accelerators and client solutions & products. This involves building systems and tools that enhance speed scale and efficiency of AI agents simulations real-time data processing and advanced analytical workloads. You will have the opportunity to work on complex technical challenges work with novel architectures and directly impact the performance capabilities of our core products and those of our clients. What Youll Do: Design develop test deploy and maintain robust scalable and high-quality software applications ADKs. Design develop and optimize software for high-performance computing focusing on accelerating AI agent interactions multi-agent simulations or large-scale data analytics pipelines. Write clean efficient and well-documented code in Python Java Go JavaScript C# for Agentic Integrations to Applications (SaaS and PaaS) Implement highly efficient algorithms and data structures to maximize throughput and minimize latency for complex computational tasks. Write Function calls for API based Integrations for Agentic systems Develop tools and frameworks that enable faster development and deployment of accelerated AI agents and data analytics solutions. Collaborate closely with product managers UX/UI designers and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and elegant solutions. Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Identify and resolve performance scalability and other production issues. Participate actively in architectural discussions guiding the technical direction for our acceleration platforms. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends applying them where appropriate to improve our systems.

Mandatory skill sets: What Youll Bring:

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Software Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects. Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages e.g. Python Java Go JavaScript ( C#. Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and object-oriented design principles. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Azure GCP; distributed systems; microservices architecture; RESTful APIs; databases - SQL/NoSQL; containerization - Docker/Kubernetes; CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum Kanban). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. A strong passion for technology continuous learning and building high-quality software.

Preferred skill sets:

Experience & certifications with Google cloud stack. Experience with front-end libraries machine learning frameworks big data tools spark snowflake Git. Contributions to open-source projects. Familiarity with security best practices in software development.
