Travel LPN Contract Position
Location: Across NM State
Position Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to provide staffing support across a variety of healthcare facilities statewide. This includes assignments in long-term care skilled nursing acute care units rehabilitation centers and clinical outpatient settings. Successful candidates thrive in dynamic environments and maintain a high level of professionalism and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care under the direction of supervising clinicians
- Observe and document vital signs symptoms and treatment results
- Perform medication administration injections and routine treatments
- Conduct wound care and assist in clinical procedures
- Assist with mobility ADLs and patient comfort
- Enter accurate and timely notes in EMR platforms
- Build strong rapport with patients families and staff teams
- Uphold all facility standards and state regulations
- Travel to multiple care locations throughout NM
Required Qualifications
- NM LPN license in good standing
- 1 year of recent LPN experience in clinical care settings
- Current BLS (AHA)
- EMR knowledge and quick learning ability
- Dependable clinical skills and communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Travel or float nursing experience
- Multi-setting experience (SNF LTC rehab outpatient acute)
- Self-starter with strong organization skills
- Spanish bilingual ability preferred
