As a Primary Care Partner you are essentially the Leader of your dedicated territory. You will take ownership of end-to-end customer management creating positive experiences for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and patients this role you will drive commercial opportunities aligned with our Customer and Disease Area Squads ensuring Roche meets its financial ambitions while making a tangible impact on patient lives.
The Opportunity
You will shape the future of Diabetes by blending strategic sales with meaningful customer engagement. Your key responsibilities include:
Territory Leadership: Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets by growing market share and driving product adoption within your assigned area.
High-Impact Engagement: Engage with HCPs to deliver scientific ethical and up-to-date solutions. You will act as their primary contact identifying their needs and adjusting strategies to provide value.
Strategic Planning: Maintain and update segmentation strategies to ensure efficient resource allocation. You will mitigate risks and implement business plans effectively.
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor key financial metrics (sales profitability market share competition) and proactively share insights with business and finance partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing medical and sales teams to develop and implement effective territory strategies.
Compliance & Ethics: Ensure full compliance with Roches values policies and local healthcare regulations.
Who You Are
You are a strategic problem solver with a commercial mindset ready to navigate both local and global business environments.
Education: Bachelors degree in Natural/Life Sciences Business Management Marketing Economics or a related field.
Experience: 4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience and specifically in primary care. Experience in Diabetes is highly preferred.
Track Record: Proven history of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
Digital Fluency: You are a key user of digital tools (Google Workspace MS Office Salesforce e.t.c.) to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication relationship-building and influencing skills.
Languages: Fluent in Greek and proficient in English.
Additional Information:
Travel: This role requires 20-40% travel within the assigned territory.
Locations: We are currently hiring for 3 openings: 2 based in Athens and 1 based in Thessaloniki.
