What Youll Need

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
Experience leading a room and a team.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child-centred practice.

What Youll Do

Lead your room team to create a warm nurturing environment
Plan and deliver engaging activities that support early learning and development.
Support the smooth transition to extended opening hours and new routines.
Build strong relationships with families keeping communication open and positive.
Ensure high-quality practice safeguarding and EYFS standards are maintained.
