A Dow tem uma grande oportunidade como Site Logistics Activity Coordinator na planta localizada em Santos Dumont-MG (BRA) que irá atuar com o time de logística do site para coordenar as atividades da área de Recebimento e Preparação de Matérias Primas. Requer proficiência em uma série de processos e procedimentos técnicos operacionais e analíticos por meio de treinamentos relacionados à função e considerável experiência on-the-job.

Responsabilidades:

• Garantir que as tarefas de logísticas do Site tenham valor agregado claramente definidas programadas e concluídas.

• Coordenar as atividades relacionadas ao recebimento movimentação e armazenagem das materias primas.

• Realizar a inspeção técnica/qualitativa a fim de assegurar o recebimento adequado do material verificando-se itens como características dimensionais características específicas e restrições de especificação técnica.

• Coordenar as atividades relacionadas ao beneficiamento (quantidades qualidade) tratamento e preparo das matéria primas disponibilizando-as para a área de produção dentro das especificações e prazos estabelecidos.

• Manter registros precisos que garantam a acurácia dos estoques de materias primas.

• Assegurar a realização das manutenções planejadas das instalações do setor de Matérias Primas.

• Organizar o estoque de materiais preservando sua integridade física e condições de uso como também reduzindo a necessidade de movimentação e assim minimizando as perdas por deterioração.

• Fazer inspeção dos estoques para verificar as condições de armazenamento.

• Monitorar as condições e o uso de equipamentos/instalações do setor.

• Coordenar a coleta e preparação de amostras para realização de análises conforme estabelecido em procedimentos e especificações técnicas.

• Acompanhar e monitorar a operação da área através de análise de dados visando a detecção de possíveis desvios ações corretivas e de melhorias.

Qualificações:

• 2 anos de experiência em industria.

• Formação Técnica ou superior nas áreas relacionadas.

• Disponibilidade para atuar em sistema de turno ADM 4X2.
