We support people 12 across autism and psychosocial cohorts with programs designed around their interests goals and desired life and career outcomes. Coach social connection independence lifelong learning and workreadiness. Track engagement and outcomes with transparent reporting to participants and care teams. Contribute to program improvement and uphold practice Team Leader Lead a squad of coaches to deliver consistent highquality programs and measurable outcomes. Plan schedules and experiences (events sessions tailored programs) with stakeholders. Build and manage talent pools: recruitment onboarding training rostering performance. Partner with Operations on promotions logistics budgets reporting and Youll Bring Coaching skills experience in coaching teaching youth work allied health or similar. Tertiary qualification in the coaching topics of your choice. Capability supporting neurodivergent people (Autism ADHD Dyslexia Tourettes) and/or psychosocial disability (depression bipolar schizophrenia anxiety PTSD).
