Qualifications:

• Must be a Home Health Administratorin good standing for all licensure in the State of Texas
• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED but prefer a Bachelors Degree
• Must have at least 2 years of Administrator experience in Home Health
• Have flexibility and be comfortable and knowledgeable with a broad scope of duties for growth potential in the market
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all segments of the staff the lay and professional public the Governing Body the IDG/IDT and the Medical Director
• Must have Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience (moderate user or higher)
• Proficient in computer software (Word Excel Outlook Adobe or PDF software)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage stressful situations and numerous simultaneous projects and tasks
• Strong independent work ethic
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of financial and budget management of a home healthcare company
• Effective leader with good employee relations customer service skills and employee engagement
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance regulations with eagerness to improve
