Local Rate: $2360/Week
Travel Rate: $2824/Week

Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join an outpatient dialysis team in Neptune NJ. This is a 13-week contract opportunity with a desirable day shift schedule and no on-call requirements. The ideal candidate has strong experience in In-Center Hemodialysis (ICH) proficiency with Fresenius equipment and the ability to manage patient assignments with support from Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).

Schedule & Shift Details:

Shift: Days (Starts at 6:00 AM)
Standard: 4x10 hour shifts (6:00 AM 4:30 PM)
Alternate: 8-hour shifts (6:00 AM 2:30 PM) may be available based on need

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Plan implement and document nursing care; perform therapeutic nursing interventions; manage care for assigned patients.
Dialysis Operations: Manage 3-patient assignment for put-on/take-off or 9-patient assignment with 2 PCTs assisting with medications and assessments.
Equipment: Operate Fresenius T Machines and portable ROs.
Documentation: Complete care plans monthly nursing notes foot checks and medication reviews; advocate for evidence-based practice.
Assessment: Identify patient needs and determine priorities through initial and ongoing assessments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Licensure:

Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN)
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
License: Current NJ State RN License or Multi-State Compact License
Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association)

Experience:

Minimum 1 year recent experience in an outpatient dialysis center
Minimum 1 year In-Center Hemodialysis (ICH) experience
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Fresenius T Machine and portable ROs
Preferred: Prior telemetry and chronic hemodialysis experience
