What Youll Do
General filing
Utilize Docupace to preserve documents
Maintain databases
Adheres to all internal and external regulatory requirements standards guidelines policies and procedures under the strictest confidentiality
Create and maintain proper electronic documentation ensure account paper files are in good order
Work to transition older client records to electronic filing
Other administrative tasks as requested
Qualifications
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel Word Outlook etc
Ability to multitask follow instructions and have keen attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills

Compensation:
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $18.00 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
