We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Coordinator Partner Creative to join our this high-impact role you will support the development of visually compelling sales and partnership materials that help drive new business and strengthen existing relationships. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Partner Creative this role transforms strategic concepts and partnership ideas into polished creative assetsincluding sales presentations proposal decks and recapsfor the Phoenix Suns Phoenix Mercury and Valley Suns.
What You Will Do:
- Support development of high-quality PowerPoint presentations communicating partnership concepts strategies and recaps.
- Create and maintain branded sales materials templates and one-pagers.
- Translate strategic ideas into visually engaging layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate to refine presentation flow visual hierarchy and storytelling.
- Design and produce assets for proposals activation mockups and recaps.
- Assist in creative concepting for campaigns giveaways and internal presentations.
- Maintain partnership creative asset and template libraries.
- Support strategic initiatives such as B2B Alliance AD360 and P15 Studios.
- Research industry trends to inform new partnership ideas and storytelling.
What We Need from Our Senior Coordinator Partner Creative:
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent visual storytelling layout and typography skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Experience in sports entertainment media or agency environments preferred.
Experience/ Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Design Marketing Communications or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in creative marketing visual communications or presentation design.
