We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) to join a project within the Insurance sector working in a hybrid model in Moscavide (2 days onsite per week).

Conduct stakeholder interviews workshops and meetings to gather and validate detailed business requirements
Analyze current workflows and business processes to identify improvement and efficiency opportunities
Produce clear and structured documentation including business requirements process maps user stories and functional specifications
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring alignment and clarity
Monitor project progress manage change requests and track deliverables
Ensure solutions comply with internal policies regulatory standards and data governance principles
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices
Build and maintain strong transparent relationships with stakeholders
13 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Fluent English (minimum B2) Portuguese is a plus
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong analytical problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
Proven ability to gather analyze and document business requirements
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills both written and verbal
Ability to support UAT activities including requirement clarification and issue resolution
UAT support and testing knowledge including test case creation and execution
Basic technical aptitude and understanding of system functionalities
Strong documentation skills for processes requirements and test outcomes
Candidates should demonstrate a basic understanding of HCM processes including:
Recruitment & onboarding
Performance management
Training & development
Payroll & workforce management
Legal and regulatory compliance
Experience or exposure to platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors Workday Oracle HCM Cloud ADP Workforce Now or Ceridian Dayforce is highly valued.
