What Youll Need

Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC Pin
Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience in a care home or similar setting
Experience working with older adults including those living with dementia
Strong communication decision-making skills and a calm compassionate approach

What Youll Do

Provide safe high-quality nursing care to residents every day
Support older adults with dementia and complex needs ensuring dignity and comfort
Administer medications and monitor clinical conditions
Maintain accurate records in line with care standards
Work collaboratively with colleagues while exercising professional judgement
Support residents physical emotional and social wellbeing
